Hi, my name is Jo Henshaw and I am the owner and founder of Stay in Shrewsbury. I arrived in Shrewsbury, in 1995 and I quickly fell in love with this stunning medieval town but it took me until 2003 before I actually took the plunge into my passion, guest accommodation, and I opened my guesthouse “Charnwood” in our family home on London Road, Shrewsbury.
I found I wanted to address the diversity of travellers needs, and I opened my first self catering holiday let “Shrewsbury Cottage” next door in 2004, and have tried to build on that success ever since.
My mantra is “Stay your own way" when you use Stay in Shrewsbury!
